Delivery information

Christmas Delivery: The last date for orders for Christmas delivery is 15th December 2017

Deckchairs

We print each deckchair order individually so it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We will do our best to deliver it earlier and will send you a note once it is dispatched.

Deckchairs will be packaged and sent by courier on next working day delivery. If you provide a contact number or email address, we will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

Tote bags

Tote bags should be with you within 5 working days of your order and are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery service.

Books and maps

The Royal Parks of London book should be with you within 7 working days of your order and are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery.

Hyde Park: Walk For Tree Lovers Maps should be with you within 5 working days of your order and are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.

Clothing

Items of clothing should be with you within 10 working days of your order.
