Sir Peter Blake Deckchair

Sir Peter Blake is one of the world's most renowned Pop Artists.  His works have included album covers for the Beatles to solo exhibitions such as on the balcony. In 2002 Peter received a knighthood for his services to art, outlining his importance to British Pop Art.

Whilst attending the Royal College of Art, Sir Peter  developed a love of the Royal Parks and in particular Kensington Gardens and we are delighted that Peter agreed to work with us on the his exclusive Deckchair design, Sir Peter states;

Whilst at the Royal College of Art, I spent many wonderful hours in Kensington Gardens and so I was delighted to be invited to create a deckchair design to help The Royal Parks and the trees. I have always been fascinated by words which is how I ended up with this big alphabetical splash of colours!
