A wonderful chance to walk in the Parks at night and see at least three different bat species – common pipistrelles, soprano pipistrelles, noctules. Bat detectors are used so that bat echo-location calls are audible to the human ear.

Hyde Park has a long history of public demonstrations. Speakers’ Corner was established in the 19th century and more recently London’s biggest ever demonstration in February 2003 against war in Iraq. Come on a walk to find out more.
