Ramble in the Park
As you walk through the London’s Royal Parks, you can feel the benefits of escaping the stress of the city and getting some exercise outdoors.
Surrounded by wildlife, history and heritage, the Parks are some of the most vital assets in London. But how much do you know about the Park around you?
As the charity for London’s Royal Parks, we reach out to make them more a part of people’s lives and we can guide you through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens to explore and uncover these beautiful and unique spaces.
Whether you want to learn about trees or uncover the Park’s hidden treasures, let the team from the Isis Education Centre guide you through the Park and come on a ramble to satisfy your inquisitive nature.
Pop along in your lunch break or take part with your family at the weekend. All our rambles are led by experienced Isis Education Centre volunteers. Once you have booked we will provide you with information on the meeting point in the Park. All rambles will end at The LookOut for a mug of hot stuff to warm your bones.
First four free!
In March 2012 rambles in Hyde Park are free. As a charity, we welcome a donation if you can, but we do ask you to spend a couple of minutes giving us feedback at the end.
Spring to life!
Come and explore Hyde Park as it comes back to life this spring. Examine the signs of spring, from cherry blossom to bird behaviour. Attempt to answer the eternal question “When does spring begin?”
